Our practice is currently in the process of credentialing with multiple insurance carriers. Until insurance contracts are confirmed, services will be available on a self-pay basis.

Patients wishing to be seen prior to insurance approval are welcome to schedule on a self-pay basis. Receipts can be provided for you to submit to your insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement. 

Once credentialing is complete, Dr. Land looks forward to accepting insurance plans as an in-network provider.
